Everything went bleached white the way you cut and dyed your hair when you wanted to feel a lot older and insist you’re not still living with your parents but they pay for your apartment
Feels like a joke. I was drowning in a stolen glass of Absolut ;) and shower water and orange soda and it felt like a hurricane
And it cannot not lead back to when I broke down in seventh grade felt like shit felt like a silhouette within my body
In New Jersey you can smell the heroin off of a casket as long as your nose isn’t already too full with cocaine
And I will peel every heart shaped sticker off of my laptop when I get a real job and I will start remembering faces and remembering names
And I won’t paint my nails when I visit home I couldn’t go to church like that
It still makes me sick how fear turns so quickly into hate. But I take comfort knowing none of us are evil we are all just afraid.
